We wanted to let you know that parents experiencing issues on iOS devices can now go onto the App Store and update SchoolPing, this will resolve the login and internet connect issues that users were confronted with yesterday.
For those Android users who are having problems accessing attachments sent out through SchoolPing, please be assured our development teams are working on resolving the bug, we forward to updating you shortly with a resolution.
