Prayers for Peace

“Every day from 3.30-4.30 in this week of Ash Wednesday, the Newman Chapel at Catholic Newman School will be holding a vigil for “Prayers for Peace”. Everyone in our Deanery family is welcome to come along, sit quietly, reflect, pray and light a candle. Pope Francis has asked us to pray and fast for peace this Ash Wednesday so do please pop along if you can, even if just for five minutes. 

Entrance is via the side door to the chapel, on the way to our main reception.”
