Staff Wellbeing 

At a time when you are busy supporting our pupils and their families through this challenging period, it’s important that you look after your own wellbeing. Explore simple tips to look after your mental health using Every Mind Matters. This online tool offers a free, personalised action plan, approved by the NHS, initially with the intention of providing specific advice for those looking after young people or working from home.

The Public Health Schools team have also put together a 20 minute seated / desk exercise session working with Sprite Yoga.  This 20 minute seated exercise is ideal to support individuals to take an active break. This also can be done before bed! Take time to have a break from work and stretch out the back and neck to keep your body healthy.

GDPR

From 25 May 2018 processing of personal data by organisations had to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation. This set of rules gives a clear set of rights to everyone in society as well as making clear the responsibilities of organisations which handle or process information about people (or ‘Data Subjects’ as they are known). GDPR applies to ‘Data Controllers’ and ‘Data Processors’.

A ‘Data Controller’ determines the purposes and means of processing personal data.

A ‘Data Processor’ is responsible for processing personal data on behalf of a controller.
